របៀបវារៈទី១ ពិនិត្យ និងសម្រេចលើសំណើរបស់គណៈកម្មការសាធារណការដឹកជញ្ជូន

សិក្សាលើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ចំនួន៣(របៀបវារៈទី១ ទី២ និងទី៣)ខាងលើរបស់គណកម្មការជាសមត្ថកិច្ចពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងបានស្តាប់មតិពិភាក្សាផ្តល់យោបល់ពីសមាជិកអង្គប្រជុំរួចមក…អង្គប្រជុំក៏បានអនុម័តចំនួន១២សម្លេងនៃសមាជិក សមាជិកាគណៈកម្មាធិការអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍ព្រឹទ្ធសភាយល់ព្រមតាមសំណើរបស់គណកម្មការដែលជាវិស័យសមត្ថកិច្ចដាក់សេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ទាំង៣ខាងលើទៅក្នុងរបៀបវារៈសម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៨ ព្រឹទ្ធសភា នីតិកាលទី៤…។
ចំពោះរបៀបវារៈទី៤ អង្គប្រជុំបានអនុម័តកាលបរិច្ឆេទ បើកសម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៨ ព្រឹទ្ធសភា នីតិកាលទី៤ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០៦ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ដោយមានរបៀបវារៈចំនួន៦ និងបាន
អនុម័តសមាសភាពលេខាធិការ សម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៨ ចំនួន២រូប ផងដែរ។ ព្រមជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរក្នុងរបៀបវារៈទី៥ និងទី៦ អង្គប្រជុំបានស្តាប់របាយការណ៍ទូទាត់ថវិការបស់ព្រឹទ្ធសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២១ និងគោលការណ៍បែងចែក និងប្រើប្រាសថវិកាព្រឹទ្ធសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ដែលរាយការណ៍ដោយ ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ុ សារឹទ្ធ អគ្គលេខាធិការព្រឹទ្ធសភា និងបានពិភាក្សាផ្តល់យោបល់ ហើយ អនុម័តយល់ព្រមដូចដែលឯកឧត្តមប្រធានគណៈកម្មការទី២ និងឯឧត្តម អគ្គលេខាធិការបានរៀបចំ និងស្នើឡើងក្នុងសម្លេងអនុម័ត១២សម្លេង នៃសមាជិកសមាជិការគណៈកម្មាធិការអចិន្រ្តៃយ៍ព្រឹទ្ធសភា….៕
Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdey Say Chhum, President of the Senate, chaired today morning the permanent committee of the senate to discuss the following agenda:
1. Review the request of the Commission on Public Transport, Civil Aviation, Post, Telecommunication, Industry, Mining, Energy, Trade, Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction to submit the draft law on the amendment of the Law on Commercial Enterprises in the agenda of the 8th session of the 4th Senate.
2. Review the request of the Public Transport Commission, Civil aviation, Post, Telecommunication, Industry, Mining, Energy, Trade, Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction to submit the draft law on the amendment of the Law on Commercial Rules and Register in the agenda of the 8th session of the 4th Senate.
3. Review the request of the Commission on Public Transport, Civil Aviation, Post, Telecommunication, Industry, Mining, Energy, Trade, Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction to submit the draft law on the approval of the Free Trade Agreement between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Government of Cambodia and the Republic of Korea in the agenda of the 8th session of the 4th Senate.
4. Set the agenda, date and composition of the 8th session of the Senate of the 4th legislature.
5. Review the budget allocation and use report of the Senate 2021.
6. Review the budget allocation and use report of the Senate 2022.
After reviewing and discussing, the meeting decided to include the three draft laws in the agenda of the 8th session of the 4th Senate. The 8th session of the 4th legislature of the Senate will hold on the morning of January 6, 2022, with 6 agendas and approved the composition of 2 secretaries of the 8th session: 1. H.E Chem Leav 2. Hon. Sy Vantha. The meeting also agreed with the decision of the Chairperson of the 2nd commission over the 5th and 6th agendas.
