នៅថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ យោធភូមិភាគទី៣កម្ពុជា បានចេញសេចក្ដីប្រកាសព័ត៌មានស្តីពីលទ្ធផលនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការកិច្ចការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគ កម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅខេត្តត្រាត ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃ ដោយមានភាគីថៃធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ។
កិច្ចប្រជុំត្រូវបានដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ទោ អ៊ុយ ហៀង មេបញ្ជាការយោធភូមិភាគទី៣ និងជាសហប្រធានកិច្ចប្រជុំ RBC ភាគីកម្ពុជា ខណៈភាគីថៃដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ឧត្តមនាវីឯក អភិឆាត សាប់ប្រសើត មេបញ្ជាការការពារព្រំដែនច័ន្ទបុរី–ត្រាត និងជាសហប្រធានកិច្ចប្រជុំ RBC ភាគីថៃ។
ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរ បានប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តអនុវត្តតាមលទ្ធផលនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសរវាង សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជា និង ឯកឧត្តម ភូមិចាំ វីឆា យ៉ាឆៃ នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីស្តីទីនៃថៃ ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅទីក្រុងពូត្រាចាយ៉ា ប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានម៉ាឡេស៊ីធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ សហការរៀបចំដោយសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និងមានការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មពីសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន។
លើសពីនេះ ទាំងកម្ពុជា និងថៃ ក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ឡើងវិញអំពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការអនុវត្តតាមលទ្ធផលនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ (GBC) ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅទីក្រុងគូឡាឡាំពួរ ប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥៕
Cambodia and Thailand Commit to Uphold Ceasefire Following RBC Meeting on August 16
Phnom Penh: On August 16, 2025, Cambodia’s 3rd Military Region Command issued a press release on the outcome of the Regional Border Committee (RBC) extraordinary meeting between Cambodia and Thailand, held in Trat Province, Kingdom of Thailand, with Thailand serving as the host.
The Cambodian delegation was led by H.E. Lieutenant General Uy Heang, Commander of the 3rd Military Region and Co-Chair of the RBC meeting. The Thai delegation was led by H.E. Vice Admiral Apichat Sapprasert, Commander of the Chanthaburi–Trat Border Defense Command and Co-Chair of the RBC meeting on the Thai side.
During the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their strong commitment to implementing the outcomes of the special talks between Samdech Moha Bovorthipadi Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and H.E. Poomjaem Wicha Yachai, Acting Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, which were convened in Putrajaya, Malaysia, on July 28, 2025. That high-level dialogue was hosted by Malaysia, co-organized with support from the United States, and actively participated in by the People’s Republic of China.
Furthermore, both Cambodia and Thailand reiterated their pledge to adhere to the outcomes of the General Border Committee (GBC) extraordinary meeting, held earlier in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on August 7, 2025.
